As a member, you can shop from the online market and review current catalogs. We first send the opportunities, developments and monthly feed to our members.

We're sorry you're having trouble logging in. If you see an error message that your password is incorrect and you are sure you entered the correct password:

  • Make sure the Caps Lock key is off and try again.
  • Reset your password.
  • Try upgrading your browser and resetting your password again.
  • Try using a different internet browser (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.).

We require all of our users to use their real first and last names so that you can always be sure who we are connecting with. We block the use of some names to prevent people from creating fake or malicious accounts that could ruin your shopping experience. We apologize if your real name was blocked due to an error. If you're trying to sign up for a personal account:

  • Make sure your name meets our name standards.
  • Try re-registering at

To complete the registration process, you must confirm that you own the email address you used to create your account. This way we can make sure we send your account information to the correct address. To confirm your email address, click on the link in's registration confirmation email.

If you cannot find this e-mail or confirm your account, please contact us by phone.

When you sign up for a Hidroekol account or add a new email address to your existing account, Hidroekol will send you an email. This way we can make sure you have an email address linked to your account.

To confirm this, all you have to do is click on the link in the email. If you did not sign up for a hydroecol account and received an error confirmation email, please let us know by clicking the link at the bottom of the email and have the account removed.

An unapproved account is kept on the site for a maximum of 14 days. It is permanently deleted from the system after 14 days.

If you do not have a Hidroekol account, you can sign up for a new account in a few simple steps. To register for a brand new account, click on the my account link in the upper right corner of and enter your username, e-mail address and password. Then press the registration button and log in.

Access your profile for all your other in-depth account settings. After you fill out the registration form, we will send an email to the email address you provided. Just click on the confirmation link to complete the registration process. (We don't always do this.)

You must be a member of our system to shop. Since we will need some basic information when shopping from the online market, the system will not allow non-members to shop. These also include information such as address and access for a faster and error-free shopping process.

Update (April 10, 2019)
You can now shop without being a member. (Note that you cannot track your retroactive orders)

Yes you can cancel. The information you have entered will be deleted from our system upon termination of your membership and will not be used in any way. To withdraw from membership, you must send an e-mail regarding membership cancellation to or freeze your account from profile settings is sufficient.

Someone probably accidentally tried to open a hydroecol account using your email address. Since the registration process is not complete until you click on the link in this email, the easiest thing you can do is ignore the email. You can also:

  • Click the link at the bottom of the email to let us know that you are not the one doing this.
  • If you have a Hidroekol account, add this e-mail address to your account.
