Hydraulic Testing Service

We offer you the opportunity to test after the repair process with our hydraulic test unit deployed in our company. In this way, we detect possible system malfunctions and offer more economical and faster solutions.

In our test unit;

• Hydraulic pump test
• Control valve test
• Hydromotor test
• Small and medium diameter cylinder testing is carried out.

In the Test Station, open and closed circuit pumps and tandem pumps can be tested in the range of 0-2000 RPM, with a 300 Hp, frequency-controlled electric motor and an electro-hydrostatic controlled test device.

There is also a hydraulic engine testing system on the station, where leakage line leaks are checked by applying a counter braking system.

Test results are reported to the customer in written and graphic form.

Piston pumps and motors are not delivered to customers without being tested in the Test Workshop.
